SSLs, Privacy & the 2018 Rules

 
Are you ready for the new Privacy & Security rules for 2018? Your site, data collection & privacy policy need to be compliant.
 
  1. Get an SSL
  2. Update/Set Up your Privacy Policy
  3. Add “Terms of Use” rules to your site
  4. Purge all old forms from your site. If you collect data with online forms you will want to remove all stored forms on a regular basis. If you keep the data stored in your site and a user asks you to provide copies of all data collected you are obligated to provide the information to them. *If you are selling in the UK there are additional rules/regulations, be proactive and get your site updated.
If you need a privacy/terms of use standard policy added to your website, please let us know! Most sites can be updated in ~30 minutes. SSL set up & Install can be completed in as little as 30 mins (*depending on your domain/hosting/site platform). SSL cost is appx $60/year.
